20 mins walk to tram then 35 mins to old town. No pool or spa like mentioned pure lies, the photos were take from their sister hotel, we can't used them. Not hotel but holiday camp.

Got here early and they let me check in ahead of time. 🕒 the parking is right onsite, super convenient. the room was amazing, so clean and nicely designed. There were plenty of options to choose from and the food was delicious.

They upgraded me to a nice looking and neat room with a MAGNIFICENT view. The location was amazing and magnificent, for example, Ilidza Thermal Riviera was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Besides, it was next to an Olympic mountain as well as nature.

The food is fantastic, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and there's convenient onsite parking; not to mention, the hotel is situated close to the national park, making the location wonderful.

It was bungalow type place. It was quiet.
Staff are not friendly. The room given was dirty. Upon they are informed they changed my room.

Had a wonderful time over Christmas. The location was perfect for exploring the city. There were complementary chocolates and a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room which was a lovely touch. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast which was slightly disappointing. There weren't a lot of options and some of the food had run out when we arrived, but overall, it didn't ruin our experience.
